Important Notice: Protect Yourself from Scams**

We want to ensure that all of our clients have a safe and secure experience with Rare Essence Studio. Unfortunately, there have been reports of scams targeting individuals by offering services or promotions that do not come from our official channels.

**To protect yourself:**

- Only book services directly through our website at (http://www.rareessencestudio.com).

- Only contact us via our official phone number: **480-967-2766**.

- You may also reach us through our official email: **[email protected]**.

If you have made a payment or booking through any other platform or contact method, you have been scammed. Please be cautious and reach out to us directly to confirm any bookings or payments.

There is a 15 min grace period. If you exceed that time frame, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and you will be assessed a $50 same day cancellation fee or if we have to push all clients back, you will be assessed a $25 late fee. 

All clients have until 9am the day before your appointment to cancel. Any cancellations after will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee. 

If you cancel your appointment the same day, you will be assessed a $50 same day cancellation fee. 

If you do not call or show for your appointment, you will be assessed the full amount of your service. 

No Children unless being serviced. 

Our intent is for each client to be 100% satisfied with their service. Product returns or service refunds are limited to the following situations. 

• Services Received CANNOT BE REFUNDED 
• Products can only be refunded if unused and in original packaging within 7 days of purchase
• Clients have 72 hours (3 days) to have services rectified
