Late Policy

There is a 15 min grace period. If you exceed that time frame, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and you will be assessed a $50 same day cancellation fee or if we have to push all clients back, you will be assessed a $25 late fee. 

Cancellation Policy

All clients have until 9am the day before your appointment to cancel. Any cancellations after will be assessed a $50 cancellation fee. 

If you cancel your appointment the same day, you will be assessed a $50 same day cancellation fee. 

No Call/ No Show

If you do not call or show for your appointment, you will be assessed the full amount of your service. 

Child Policy

No Children unless being serviced. 

Refund/ Rectification Policy

Our intent is for each client to be 100% satisfied with their service. Product returns or service refunds are limited to the following situations. 

  • Services Received CANNOT BE REFUNDED 
  • Products can only be refunded if unused and in original packaging within 7 days of purchase
  • Clients have 72 hours (3 days) to have services rectified
